SAFETY

We are proud of our safety program and procedures at Jones & Company Carnival.

Safety is our #1 concern.  Jones & Company Carnival is committed to providing a clean, safe environment for the many thousands of patrons we ride each year.  Each ride is inspected daily with a daily inspection log.  We are inspected by our insurance company, the State of Missouri, and the State of Iowa annually.   We also have each ride NDT** twice a year.

Each ride has Safety and Height signs posted, as well as at the ticket box to assist patrons in their ride selections.

Keep the following rules in mind when attending our Carnival:

• KEEP hands, arms, and legs inside the ride at all times

• USE safety equipment such as seatbelts, shoulder harnesses, lap bar, or chain when provided

• STAY in ride until it comes to a complete stop

• READ posted rules

• FOLLOW instructions of ride operator

• RIDE RESPONSIVELY!!!!

Maintenance

We take great pride in the condition of our rides, games, concessions, and support equipment.  Unlike many carnivals that run year around, we only operate 6 months out of the year, which results in less wear and tear on our equipment.   During the off season we refurbish and maintain our equipment in Lexington, MO.

** NDT is an inspection for cracks, flaws, or abnormalities on the metal and shafts of rides.  The State of Missouri requires one inspection per year.  We do two.
